GENERAL POLICIES

DEPOSITS AND TUITION PAYMENTS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a space in all Camp Rhythmo programs. The deposit must be included with the program's registration form.
  • The tuition balance for all programs must be paid at least two weeks before the first day of the program. Tuition is nonrefundable after the following dates:

           - Summer programs -- tuition is non-refundable after June 1, 2017

           - All other programs -- tuition is non-refundable within 3 weeks of the start date of all programs

  • Early registration incentives / discounts may be offered for some programs. In order to be eligible for these rates, the total amount must be paid by the advertised date, otherwise the full tuition rate will apply.
  • Credit/debit cards may be used to pay the deposit or tuition for any program. A 6% fee will be applied to each transaction.


PICKUP AND DROP OFF

  • Please be aware of the start and end times of Camp Rhythmo programs. Our programming does not include early drop-off or late pick-up. A $5 per 15 min fee that may be charged for late pickups to any program. In the event that early or after care services are offered, a separate fee will apply.
  • Students must be signed out each day by an approved adult (as listed on our Health/Media Release form).


SAFETY

The safety of our students is Camp Rhythmo's primary concern. 

  • Camp Rhythmo works with each of our host organizations to ensure that all possible efforts are made to keep the students safe 
  • All instructors and assistants undergo an extensive background check
  • Student pickup is monitored each day
